Where is my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, this may be because:

  • Order placed after cut-off
    Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next working day.

  • Pre-order items
    Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally change.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.


My estimated dispatch date has passed

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

If there is a delay, we’ll contact you with an updated dispatch date as soon as possible.


Have you received my return?

We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed, rather than when your return arrives.

Once your returned item is received, we aim to inspect and process refunds within 24 hours. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once this has been completed.
