Orders are usually delivered the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed.
Free UK delivery on orders over £150.
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will usually be dispatched the following Monday.
During busy periods dispatch may take slightly longer, and we will always let you know if there is a delay.
Multiple Parcels
To meet Royal Mail's size and weight restrictions, or simply to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may occasionally send your order in more than one parcel.
This is completely normal and there is no extra charge to you. Each parcel is sent separately and has its own tracking information, so please look out for more than one tracking notification if you've ordered multiple items.
Parcels may arrive on different days. If part of your order hasn't arrived yet, please check your emails for a second tracking notification before contacting us, as the rest of your order is likely still on its way.
Splitting an order in this way does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to return items under our Returns policy.
Pre-Orders
If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has shipped.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will usually be dispatched together once all items are available, unless the product page states otherwise.
If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items separately, please contact us and we can send a link to pay the additional shipping.
