We aim to make delivery simple, clear and stress-free.

All orders are dispatched from the UK and carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated.


PRE-ORDERS

If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will usually be dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


TRACKING AND RESPONSIBILITY

All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.

International delivery costs vary depending on destination and order weight and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties or local taxes. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs, which can vary by country and is outside of our control.


UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges required by the destination country.

If a parcel is refused, not claimed, or delivery cannot be completed due to unpaid customs charges, failure to collect, or incomplete address details, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

If re-delivery is not possible within the courier’s time limits, the parcel may be returned to us or abandoned by local authorities.

If the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs, we are unable to issue a refund, as the goods are not returned to us.

We recommend checking local customs requirements before placing an international order.


INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any reshipping or return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


DELIVERY ISSUES AND INVESTIGATIONS

If your parcel is delayed or marked as missing, we will open an investigation with the courier.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier investigation has been completed.

If a delivery is marked as delivered by the courier to a safe place or neighbour, we are unable to take responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been confirmed.
